By accessing or using Toughlink WeaveLab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Purchases & Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes may apply based on your location. We do not display artificial urgency or countdowns.
4. Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, if you have viewed less than 25% of a course, you may request a refund. Certain bundles may have additional terms stated at purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
- No sharing of account access or course files.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data collection.
- No harassment or discriminatory content in discussions.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, copy, and interface elements are owned by Toughlink WeaveLab and its licensors. Limited license is granted for personal learning only.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Practice quality varies by learner and materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud. You may stop using the services at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
